Welcome.

Recognising What’s Unspoken.

You might be here because something doesn’t feel right, even if you can’t fully name it. You may be feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t need to be in crisis to come to counselling. Here, you’ll find a space where difficult experiences, even those that were never spoken about, can be noticed, reflected on, and explored safely.

Whatever you’re carrying, it matters, and you don’t have to carry it alone.

A Space for Honest Engagement

I offer a thoughtful, engaged space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself perfectly. Counselling isn’t about fixing you or giving advice, but it is active and involved. I pay attention to patterns, invite deeper reflection, and when it feels helpful, I will gently but directly challenge what may be keeping you stuck. Our work is informed by an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, relationships, and safety, and we move at a pace that balances care with meaningful change.

What Change Can Look Like

Carrying pain alone can feel impossible, but facing it doesn’t have to be. Like a wound that never fully heals, difficult feelings quietly shape how we live and relate to others. Through counselling, many people find that over time they feel steadier and more self-trusting. They also develop greater self-acceptance, which in turn strengthens self-esteem and helps them respond to life with more confidence and authenticity. If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute phone or video conversation and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
